Update: If you missed it in the comments below, the subject in this experiment committed suicide the following year, leaving behind a wife and children. His family feels that his participation in these studies contributed to his problems. He suffered from mental illness, but was allowed to participate in these tests. This was not the first time he took LSD with this doctor.
