it's a 50/50 either way....nothing can ever predict exactly the direction you're going to go. a better question would be, how damn fast can they correct for that and kill you?

What about hackers? They'll survive by uploading a virus.

0:48 Damn, that's important. Better take the escalator down to the automated shopping centre in my garage. Or why not just use the teleporter in the closet?

The thing is we are constantly working on ways to make robots able to do just that. While we write and fantasize about robot uprisings we are quite deliberately trying to make sentient AI's. Once an AI becomes able to learn, it becomes able to surpass us. It might in fact become intelligent enough to realize that it might be better off without us. No hacker necessary, just us trying to make our lights turn themselves off when we leave the room.

what i mean is that robots (except for the google 1million cpu thingy) function on input data/output data, for an acually uprising, i don't think robots will comeup with that "output" by themselves

Why would hackers want to end humanity? Some hackers(probably working for governments...) might, but then it becomes an international data-war, where hacking robots is used to destroy enemy holds and you need as many computers and talented hackers as possible to win.

Forget about zombies, their just a myth?

What about people who eat fast food? People that work the same jobs everyday and are unhappy for decades, people that trust medical science to fix the things they damage themselves with, police officers, security guards, military persons, pop music fans, people who live off grocery stores.

Why would someone ignore the zombie apocalypse?
